ODME Solutions LLC team of Cybersecurity Engineers helped NAVWAR PEO PMW 150 /NIWC Pacific Maritime Tactical Command and Control (MTC2) R2 successfully reach the critical milestone of achieving an Authority To Operate (ATO).  As such, this is now installed at the URANOC and marks the first new capability delivered for NAVWAR PMW 150 in over 10 years.

ODME awarded a Prime Contract for the Meteorological and Oceanographic (METOC), Expeditionary and Joint Systems In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA). Congrats Team ODME!

ODME Solutions, LLC just won a Prime Contract at NAVWAR NIWC PAC for the Software Development, Integration, & Sustainment Support for (MTC2), (GCCS-M), and (MDA) (BMA) Products.

ODME SOLUTIONS LLC was awarded the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract. The base period of performance begins, 03/18/2020 and ends 03/17/2025, with potential of three (5) year options to follow.   IT Schedule 70 is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MAS contract.  It is an IT procurement vehicle that offers a comprehensive array of state-of-the-art IT products, services, and solutions. Today, IT Schedule 70 is the largest procurement vehicle and the most widely-used acquisition offering in the federal government.

ODME Solutions LLC was just awarded a Prime Contract on Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S) Software Integration for GCCS-M.  This provides Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare System (PEO IWS) 10 (United States Navy) a replacement for the CAC2S Afloat (Multi-Source Correlator Tracker [MSCT]) receive only (one-way) interface from GCCS-J, via the Command and Control Personal Computer Gateway, with a two-way interface directly with GCCS-M.

San Diego, CA - January 2020: We are pleased to announce that our team under our Prime Contractor, GEOCENT, won a prime contract for the INTEGRATION, ENGINEERING AND SUPPORT FOR C4ISR AND SHORE PLATFORMS MAC FOR NIWC PACIFIC.

San Diego, CA- June 01, 2017: We are pleased to announce that our team under Solute, Inc., as the Prime Contractor has been awarded $15,954,167 an IDIQ MAC Contract for platform integration and systems engineering support to provide design, engineering, integration, and advanced concept development for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities for the Department of Defense NAVWAR NIWC PAC San Diego, CA

San Diego, CA- January 13, 2020: We are pleased to announce ODME Solutions, LLC (ODME) was awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple-award contract for standards engineering and analysis, test support, configuration management of tactical information design standards, architecture engineering and analysis services, and fleet support engineering services to ensure interfacing Navy, Joint Service, and Allied Nations air, surface, subsurface, and land Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems are interoperable. Work will be performed in San Diego, California.

ODME Solutions LLC, Del Mar, California, is being awarded a indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple award contract to provide command and control (C2), communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) software support and system maintenance to include systems engineering, integration, information assurance, software maintenance, training and infrastructure support to the Space and NAVWAR NIWC Pacific Maritime Global Command and Control System Family of Systems Project, and other C2/C4I projects.

Port Hueneme, CA- July 14, 2017: We are pleased to announce that our team under JSL Technologies, Inc., as the Prime Contractor has been awarded a $38,682,219.74 contract to provide engineering and technical support services for Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, White Sands Missile Detachment.

ODME Solutions, LLC, Del Mar, California, has been selected as one of the Prime Contractors for technical support services for test and evaluation (T&E), independent verification and validation (IV&V), configuration management (CM), software quality assurance (SQA), and web site maintenance, and support services in support of NAVWAR NIWC Pacific Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) programs and Software Support Activity (SSA).

BAE Systems Technolgy Solutions & Services Inc.,/ODME Solutions LLC, is awarded a $276,573,342 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to establish and maintain cyberspace operations and enable product lines, programs, and projects to include interoperability of systems, services, and capabilities at the tactical, operational and strategic levels. All awardees will have the opportunity to compete for task orders during the ordering period. Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity (N66001-19-D-3407).

San Diego, CA- February 23, 2018: We are pleased to announce ODME Solutions, LLC (ODME) was awarded a $13,275,596 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple-award contract for engineering products related to Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) software applications, web service development, and database or database management systems for current and future C4I systems and related business systems applications. This is one of eight multiple award contracts. This two-year contract includes three one-year options which, if exercised, would bring the potential value of this contract to an estimated $36,597,927. Work will be performed in San Diego, California.

(STF), as the Prime Contractor has been awarded $949 Million to provide cyber mission systems, kits and supplies that would support the warfighter’s needs for wireless communications, detection, collection and equipment exploitation.

San Diego, CA - August 15, 2018: We are pleased to announce that our team SOLERS, Inc., as the Prime Contractor has been awarded a Prime Contract for the Information Operations (IO) and Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) Engineering Services and Software Development contract from NIWC PAC in San Diego CA.  The five-year contract has a value of $57 million and work will be performed at San Diego, California and other key Navy locations in the United States and abroad.

ODME Solutions LLC, San Diego, CA as a Sub to MANDEX, Inc., Farifax, VA, has been awarded a $2,512,312.16 cost-plus-fixed-fee, performance-based contract to provide Distributed Common Ground/Surface System - Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) Geospatial and All-Source Intelligence Engineering Support Services to the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) in support of Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM). The contract includes four one-year option periods, which, if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to the estimated amount of $18,699.792.84. The contract will continue through March 2024 should all options be awarded. This contract was competitively procured under small business set aside competition. The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity.

"KAB Laboratories & ODME Solutions LLC is awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract through Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California.   These contracts provide research, development, testing and evaluation, technical assistance and systems engineering in the development, testing and fielding of future intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting systems."

The U.S. Navy has awarded ODME Solutions a spot on a potential 10-year, $50B contract whose scope of work includes systems engineering, software development, research and development, system design documentation and technical data, financial analysis, quality assurance, configuration management, information technology and logistics support. 

Each awardee has an opportunity to compete for individual task orders across 23 functional areas under the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which contains a five-year base period of performance and a five-year ordering period option.
