Position Description:

ODME Solutions is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support to our NIWC PAC government customers, product owners, and engineering teams. This position supports high-visibility, mission-critical systems for the U.S. Navy, requiring exceptional technical expertise, secure engineering practices, and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of automated pipelines, deployment frameworks, and supporting infrastructure that enable secure, scalable, and repeatable software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional CI/CD, development, installation, test, and product owner teams to support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements and design through deployment and production support in an Agile setting.
Troubleshoot build failures, pipeline disruptions, environmental issues, and deployment blockers across multiple environments.
Assist product owner and development teams in integrating new and legacy applications into automated CI/CD pipelines from initial build through production deployment.
Implement DevSecOps best practices, including secure coding, automated compliance, pipeline hardening, and continuous monitoring.

Required Experience:

Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation.
Proficiency with containerized deployments and enterprise DevSecOps toolsets.
Operating Systems: Linux (RHEL), Windows
Scripting/Programming: Bash, Python, PowerShell
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile collaboration tools.

Preferred Experience:

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Experience implementing DevSecOps practices in classified or highly regulated environments.
Experience supporting DoD and Navy C4I systems.

Operating System certification (e.g.: AWS, Windows, Linux)
