Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Utilize multiple databases to determine Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RM&A) metrics and assess system readiness.
• Integrate and analyze failure data across single systems, multi-systems, or system-of-systems environments.
• Develop and document reliability models and failure scoring criteria for various Navy systems.
• Conduct research and learn about Navy systems to support mission readiness.
• Employ Navy and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) readiness assessment tools.
• Follow and execute the established data editing process, including data review, extraction, and loading.

More About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting objective quality assessments and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance fleet readiness at both the system and platform levels. Your work will have a direct impact on improving Naval capabilities and operational performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience through U.S. Navy service.
• Understanding of probability theory and its application to RM&A disciplines.
• Knowledge of Navy organization, ship classes, and shipboard systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Salary: $60,000 to $69,000
