ODME Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a Systems Administrator and Infrastructure Support to join our team and provide support at Naval Base Point Loma, CA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities for this position:

Develops, tests, implements, and maintains operating system and related software and security baseline in accordance with security standards. Establishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters in accordance with performance goals.

Provide storage system operations and operate server and storage appliances. Analyze and resolve common problems related to servers and storage. Install patches and perform system updates per Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) requirements. Manage Troubleshoots and resolves software, operating system, and networking problems and performs first level performance and capacity monitoring for Service Monitoring and Control. Enforce security policy for protecting data, shared resources, including files and folders.

Schedules, performs, and monitors system backups and, when necessary, performs data recoveries. Demonstrated experience in primarily a Windows environment; file systems; hardware experience with computer systems, peripherals, cabling, and Voice Over IP; ability to work independently or coordinate with a team; and good communication skills. Three (3) to five (5) years of specialized experience in Windows systems administration, preferably in the operations and maintenance of a large LAN (more than 500 users). Demonstrated experience in work of a technical nature at progressively increasing levels of responsibility.

Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials include:

ODME Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team and provide support to our customer located in San Diego, CA.  The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will provide technical leadership and operational expertise for the design, deployment, operations and monitoring of classified information systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Report to the cognizant Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) within the Information Technology Service Directorate and closely coordinate with system owners and information technology experts to assess and verify security control baselines and ensure their technical implementations meet applicable standards; sustain Continuous Monitoring reporting.
  • Maintain and configure endpoint protection and SIEM applications; identify anomalies and lead incident response, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Maintain vulnerability management process to include information system scan configurations, scan analysis, and vulnerability prioritization and mitigation efforts to reduce system risk to acceptable levels.
  • Interface with other cybersecurity and information technology staff to coordinate Assessment and Authorization activities to include developing and maintaining System Security Plans (SSP), Security Controls Traceability Matrix (SCTM), and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) with supporting Bodies of Evidence and other artifacts.
  • Conduct data transfers between information systems of varying security levels in accordance with the applicable standards and processes.

Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials include: 

  • You must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-4 years of related cybersecurity experience; Master’s degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience; or additional related experience in lieu of BS/MS degree. Possess at least one of the Department of Defense (DoD) 8570 IAT Level II workforce certifications.
  • Experience with system hardening, configuration testing, continuous monitoring, and scanning using any of the following tools or related tools and applications to include their configuration and tuning to achieve optimal results: Nessus, ELK, and McAfee.

Position Description ODME Solutions, LLC is currently seeking an Information Technology (IT) Program Manager to join our team and provide support to the Naval Sea Warfare Center (NSWC).  The work location for this position is Norco, CA. Primary Duties and Responsibilities for this position include: Supervises project staff across various functional areas.  Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates program effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement. Participates in and/or facilitates various committees and integrated process improvement teams; serves on the project planning and policy-making committees. Designs and directs change management programs and activities to ensure smooth adoption of process and system changes; keeps clients apprised of the progress of project initiatives. Selects and directs the activities of subcontractors engaged in providing professional support to project activities. Develops integrated project plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates for major, long-term projects; prepares and manages project budgets and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses. Communicates regularly with executive management and administration regarding the status of current project initiatives; obtains executive guidance and approval as required to advance initiatives. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.  Capable of thinking strategically to address issues and implement plans for major operational defense programs.  Responsible for overall contract performance. Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials include:  
  • US citizen with a minimum Secret government clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields
  • Required (one of the following): Certified Program Management Professional (PMP); Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification (any level)
  • Desired: ITIL v3/4 Foundation
  • 10+ years of experience within Project and Program Management supporting a DoD organization
  • 10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions and products for DoD clients
  • 5+ years of experience managing Program of 5M+ in an Agile environment
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing personnel across various disciplines (e.g., cybersecurity, IT asset management, system administration, engineering, administrative, logistics, financial management, contracts management)
  • Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and performance to achieve Work Statement requirements (e.g., Statement of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statement (PWS))
  • Demonstrated experience working with U.S. senior military/government officials (e.g., Program Managers, GS-15 civilians, and O-6 field grade officers)

As a Senior Software Development Engineer with DevOps Experience you will work on a multi-disciplinary team and provide hands-on technical support to integrate software tools capable of mission data processing into a Cloud environment. Additionally the candidate must have strong experience using DevOps tools and processes.

Required Experience: 

  • Experience with cloud developing and hosting on AWS (preferred) or Azure
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes, Rancher, ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, PCF/Tanzu, Helm

Salary:  $125,000 - $155,000
