- Provide technical engineering support for ICOP systems including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and sustainment aboard U.S. Navy vessels

- Plan, develop, and deliver formal training sessions for shipboard personnel including operators and system administrators across varying experience levels and operational environments
- Facilitate classroom and hands-on instruction in both shore-based and shipboard settings, adapting delivery to audience background, rank, and operational tempo
- Conduct operator and system administrator training on ICOP intelligence systems and associated applications including ISAT, IntelHub, VideoScout, JTT, GCCS, Aspera, MAKO Chat, and CM-3 receivers

Position Overview
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support GCCS-M Group Level efforts on the CB-ISEA contract, with a focus on Tactical Training Equipment (TTE) environments, system deployment, and cybersecurity hardening.
This role is hands-on and focused on standing up and securing systems — working across hardware, Windows environments, networking and cybersecurity requirements alongside other teams like Cybersecurity and Infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
System Engineering & Deployment
- Support stand-up of new hardware environments (workstations and servers)
- Build and deploy Secure Host Baseline (SHB) implementation
- Configure systems post-imaging and prepare them for operational use
- Support domain configuration and system integration
- Work with Test & Eval on testing/redlining any problems/documentation
Windows Systems & Imaging
- Create and deploy gold images (.WIM) using Sysprep
- Perform system setup (domain join/rejoin, static IPs, configuration)
- Install and configure software on Windows systems
Cybersecurity & Hardening
- Perform system hardening based on ACAS and SCAP findings
- Work with IA teams to remediate vulnerabilities and close findings
- Support DISA STIG and RMF compliance efforts
Infrastructure & Coordination
- Support troubleshooting across system, network, and application layers
