CM Specialist
- Receive and check-in software media; create ISO/IMG images and hash values using PowerShell.
- Burn master and requested copies of software media; create disc labels.
- Manage Software Media Requests (SMRs), including submission support and workflow processing in CMPRO.

Position Summary:
The ILS Analyst / Logistician IV provides lifecycle logistics planning, analysis, and documentation support for Navy C4ISR and tactical systems under PEO C4I sponsorship. The ILS Analyst develops, maintains, and integrates Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Plans, Logistics Support Analyses (LSA), and associated documentation to ensure systems achieve high readiness, maintainability, and cost-effective sustainment throughout the lifecycle. - Develop, update, and maintain core ILS documents including:
Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP), User’s Logistics Support Summary (ULSS), Logistics Requirements and Funding Summary (LRFS), Logistics Support Analysis Plan (LSAP), and Computer Resources Integrated Support Document (CRISD). - Ensure all 11 ILS elements (technical data, training, maintenance, supply, configuration management, support equipment, manpower, packaging/handling, computer resources, facilities, design interface) are addressed across documentation and analyses.
- Evaluate engineering change proposals (ECPs), system engineering analyses, and lifecycle cost estimates for logistics impacts.

Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)

Job Summary:
The Analyst, Financial Systems III will support the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) and provide In-Service-Engineering-Activity (ISEA) functions for tactical data links and related systems sponsored by PEO-C4I. The support will include the following areas of expertise: Technical Assistance, Fleet In-Service Engineering Support, Maintenance Support, In-Service Risk Management, Integrated Logistics Support, Technical Oversight of commercial/non-governmental In-Service engineering activities, Configuration Management, Readiness and Life Cycle Analysis, Technical Documentation Development and Reliability/Availability and Maintainability (RAM) reporting and metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate financial activities across various stakeholders.
- Manage finances and spend plans across multiple funding types.
- Track budgets, costs, and variances.
- Produce executive summaries.
- Conduct financial reporting and analyses on financial issues and customer requirements.
- Develop and propose courses of actions (COAs) and recommendations for financial issues.
- Interpret and apply financial management principles.
- Apply financial management processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.
- Provide advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Measure organizational performance, assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget.
- Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.
- May employ cost-benefit analysis to review financial requests, assess program tradeoffs, and explore alternative funding methods.
- Examine past and current budgets, and research economic and financial developments that affect the organization’s spending.
- Develop guidelines and policies governing the formulation and maintenance of budgets.
- Conduct training sessions for company or government agency personnel regarding new budget procedures.
- Prepare monthly project performance briefings and report to the high-level stakeholders capturing commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the following data and communications link equipment and related systems:
- Communication Data Link System (CDLS), Network Tactical Common Data Link (NTCDL)
- Tactical Common Data Link (TCDL)
- Maritime Surface Terminal (MST)
- Intelligence Carry-On Program (ICOP) systems
- Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), and current or future Link related systems
- Ability to conduct in-depth analyses of project data, requirements, and impacts; identify problem areas and determine potential resolutions while identifying and mitigating risks to the overall project cost and schedule, and coordinate impact to the project with the management team in all impacted areas in order to meet the project budget at completion (BAC) and estimate at completion (EAC).
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Five to seven years of professional experience working with Navy financial systems

Summary
The Management-Case Analyst Level I will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data. From their expert analysis, the Management-Case Analyst Level I will develop solutions and make recommendations to the client.
Responsibilities
- Define the nature and extent of problems. Develop solutions to problems.
- Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
- In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
- Prepare and solve mathematical models.
- Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
- Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.
- For some projects, the Management-Case Analyst will assist in implementing the suggestions they have made.
