Position Description:
ODME Solutions is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support to our NIWC PAC government customers, product owners, and engineering teams. This position supports high-visibility, mission-critical systems for the U.S. Navy, requiring exceptional technical expertise, secure engineering practices, and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of automated pipelines, deployment frameworks, and supporting infrastructure that enable secure, scalable, and repeatable software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional CI/CD, development, installation, test, and product owner teams to support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements and design through deployment and production support in an Agile setting.
- Troubleshoot build failures, pipeline disruptions, environmental issues, and deployment blockers across multiple environments.
- Assist product owner and development teams in integrating new and legacy applications into automated CI/CD pipelines from initial build through production deployment.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices, including secure coding, automated compliance, pipeline hardening, and continuous monitoring.
Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency with containerized deployments and enterprise DevSecOps toolsets.

- Conduct vulnerability assessments, continuous monitoring, and cyber compliance checks.
- Analyze static and dynamic scan results to validate cybersecurity controls.

- Collect source data from Government or Contractor sites via tapes, Compact Discs (CD's), hard drives, or other media containing audio or visual information. Data includes configuration, logistics, test, warranty, contract, history, and maintenance information.
- Perform data validation and verification to assess data compliance to a set of standards to ascertain its completeness, correctness, consistency, and quality using the methods and criteria defined in the project documentation.
- Apply knowledge of applicable systems and maintenance practices from prior experience to validate source data.
- Maintain and correct data as required.
- Perform source data error detection, resolution, and editing.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy by identifying, validating, and resolving any data issues before they are loaded into databases which support applications in production.
- Assist in preparing, publishing, and distributing data products, metrics and reports via electronic media and physical media for customer distribution.
- Complete all required shipping documentation, preparation of reports for shipping, and delivery of reports to shipment destinations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or other coding languages
- Experience working with Git
- Familiarity with low-code and no-code data engineering tools
